Assembly scope for GX-Baureihe
For GX systems, we plan access routes, lifting points and the assembly sequence before the first lift. Machine sections are positioned under control, aligned using reference points, and then connected mechanically and to all utilities.
From transport to a running machine
No open interfaces between haulage, positioning and assembly. We plan and coordinate the complete sequence through documented handover, with one site manager as your continuous point of contact.
- 01
Transport planning
Collection point, delivery window, access, weights and required lifting equipment are coordinated in advance.
- 02
Delivery & unloading
We coordinate arrival, unloading and the safe transfer of machine components on site.
- 03
Moving in & positioning
Every section follows the planned access route to its defined installation position.
- 04
Mechanical assembly
Positioning, alignment, levelling, connection and anchoring to foundation plans and manufacturer specifications.
- 05
Connections & peripherals
Electrical systems, utilities, hydraulics, temperature control, robotics and peripherals are fully connected.
- 06
Commissioning & handover
Testing, dry run, first sample and documented handover complete the project scope.
One responsibilitySchedule, transport coordination, assembly and documentation stay with one team.
