Installation, commissioning, maintenance and relocation services are governed by the conditions expressly agreed in the relevant quotation and order. This page does not replace a project-specific scope of work and does not add services, dates or guarantees to an order.
Quotation and conclusion of contract
Information on this website is non-binding. A contract is concluded only through a specific quotation from Montage Aqua Therm and its acceptance, or through a separate written order confirmation.
Scope and customer cooperation
The scope, site, dates, remuneration, travel costs, acceptance, documentation and required customer cooperation are defined in the quotation. Manufacturer documents, safe access, suitable lifting equipment and operational utility connections must be provided as agreed for the project.
Priority of contract documents
In the event of differences, the individually agreed order confirmation, scope of work and quotation take precedence over general information on this website. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
