What matters for an initial assessment.

Even if not every document is available yet, we can structure the project start together.

Which documents help with the estimate?

Useful documents include layout or foundation plans, machine type, delivery scope, utility plan, electrical documentation and information on access routes, lifting equipment and site access.

Can I send plans and photos?

Yes. After the final form step, a prepared email opens. You can then add PDF plans, parts lists, photos and other project documents as attachments.

What happens in an urgent production stoppage?

Choose “Urgent / stoppage” in the form and describe the fault, machine, location and availability. We will check the fastest possible response and contact you directly.

Does the website store form data?

No. The website creates an email draft locally from your information. Data is only sent to Montage Aqua Therm when you send the message from your email application.
