Injection moulding

Positioning, alignment and connection of hydraulic and all-electric machines, including peripherals and mould-changing systems.
We assemble, wire and start up plastics machinery—from the first anchor bolt to approved production. Your system is delivered on schedule, documented and aligned with your project plan.
Installation teams for injection moulding, reaction process and extrusion systems. Working for machine manufacturers such as KraussMaffei and their customers throughout Europe.
Positioning, levelling, alignment and anchoring in accordance with foundation plans and manufacturer specifications.

On-time delivery for scheduled assembly projects

Montage Aqua Therm installs plastics machinery and production systems. We work as an extended installation arm for machine manufacturers and directly for processors: mechanical assembly, electrical installation, utility connections, commissioning and maintenance. One contact, one record, one handover date.
We know the designs, tolerances and connection plans of established machine platforms—and the sequence in which they come together.

Positioning, alignment and connection of hydraulic and all-electric machines, including peripherals and mould-changing systems.

Metering and mixing systems, tank farms, pipe routing, flushing and leak testing—cleanly separated by component circuits.

Extruders, downstream equipment and line installation: aligned to a common axis, connected and surveyed over the full line length.

Linear robots, articulated-arm cells, conveyor systems and safety enclosures—assembled, wired and prepared for initial commissioning.
We install these machine and system types regularly. For every series, we know the access route, centre of gravity, alignment dimensions and connection sequence.
The series and product names shown are products or trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used solely to describe our technical installation services. Montage Aqua Therm is an installation and service provider, not a machine manufacturer.
Single trade or complete installation—you decide where our scope begins and ends.
Unpacking, moving in, positioning, levelling and anchoring. We align to the foundation plan, install vibration dampers and attachments, and record every measurement.
Control cabinet positioning, field wiring, sensors and peripheral connections by our own qualified electricians—including DGUV Regulation 3 testing and measurement records.
Cooling and temperature-control circuits, compressed air, hydraulic lines and manifolds: installed, flushed, pressure-tested and handed over leak-free.
Dry run, axis referencing, safety functions, first sample and handover to production—together with your technician or the manufacturer.
Labelled dismantling, transport preparation, reassembly at the new location and modernization of controls and peripherals. One team from start to finish.
Maintenance packages to manufacturer intervals, spare-parts installation, wear-part replacement and fast support when a line stops.

KraussMaffei manufactures machinery for injection moulding, reaction process and extrusion technology. We install these systems at the end customer: moving in, aligning, anchoring, wiring, connecting utilities and releasing them for commissioning.
Work follows manufacturer documentation, checklists and documentation standards. The processor receives a running system without having to coordinate the interfaces between the building, trades and machine supplier.
“The machine arrived on Monday. The first sample ran on Friday.”
Move in, align, anchor, wire, connect utilities, test and hand over. What takes two lines in a schedule is a precisely sequenced week on site.
The sequence is set before the first bolt is tightened: who does what and when, when utilities are available and when each record is signed.
We review the foundation plan, access, hall height and utility connections—on site or using your documentation.
You receive the scope, team, schedule and costing in writing. We organize postings, A1 certificates and safety instruction.
Move in, position, level, anchor and install attachments. Every measurement is recorded.
Connect, flush and test control cabinets, field wiring, sensors, cooling and temperature-control circuits and compressed air.
Dry run, safety functions, first sample, operator instruction and complete documentation.
A selection of completed projects: moving in, mechanical assembly, electrical work and commissioning. Select an image for the large view.
Every industry has its own requirements—cleanroom proximity, food contact, cycle times and documentation depth. We install accordingly.
On site, what matters is what can be verified. Documentation is therefore part of our installation scope, not an afterthought.
Registration, A1 certificates and evidence for assignments in Germany, Austria and Switzerland—prepared before the team arrives.
Safety instruction, PPE, lifting-equipment inspection and risk assessment for every site. Customer site rules apply without exception.
Testing of fixed installations and equipment in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3, including measurement report and test label.
Assembly, measurement and handover records to the machine manufacturer’s standard, both digital and printed in a project folder.
Business and installation liability insurance for work on third-party systems. Evidence available before contract signing on request.
One site manager for the entire project: available, present on site and responsible for the schedule and records.
No forwarding through three departments. The same people handle your enquiry, quotation and site work.

Established teams, registered postings, organized travel and accommodation, and punctual payroll. A one-line application is enough—the rest can be discussed by phone.
Positioning and alignment of machines, attachments and mechanical final assembly.
Control cabinets, field wiring, sensors, measurements and test reports.
Cooling, temperature-control and compressed-air circuits, manifolds and leak testing.
We install throughout Europe, with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Assignments in Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina are routine. We organize postings and A1 certificates before travel.
Yes. Our qualified electricians handle control cabinet positioning, field wiring, sensors and peripheral connections, including DGUV Regulation 3 testing and handover documentation.
For planned projects, we coordinate the start with your delivery schedule. For faults and downtime, we respond within 24 hours and mobilize a team as quickly as possible.
Yes. Many assignments are delivered as an extended installation arm for manufacturers and plant builders: we install their machines at the end customer and document to their standard.
Yes. Dismantling, labelling, transport preparation, reassembly and recommissioning at the new location come from one source, with dismantling and assembly records.
Either at a fixed price for the agreed installation scope or on a time-and-material basis with agreed day rates. Before work begins, you receive a written calculation covering labour hours, travel time and ancillary costs.
Foundation plan, machine type and preferred date—that is all we need for an initial assessment. We reply within 24 hours, usually faster on working days.
